ABOUT THE PROJECT
This feature of AkitaBox is designed to help plan and project a facility’s capital needs. I designed this feature to integrate with the core AkitaBox software (where asset and room data is collected) and built on top of it to show the projected life of assets in a building to plan future maintenance and replacement costs. Some of the design challenges I faced in this project were making large amounts of data easy for a user to digest and display it in ways for different types of users’ needs.
